The Mark 23 is a great tub replacement for the Kohler Villager Cast Iron Tub. It is light weight (110 lbs) compared to the Kohler Villager at 340 lbs. It does not flex like the Kohler Ancher or the National Nautica, The Mark 23 comes in all the colors and materials in PRO-CAST, INC. choices. There is no upcharge for bisquet or almond colors. It is great for new or remodeling. It is easy to install, has no flex in the tub bottom, sides, or tub deck and has a textured bottom and slop.
